1) User IDs and Passwords are case sensitive. Most User IDs start with a capital letter.
2) Click the "I don't remember my User ID or Password" on the login screen and they will be emailed to you if the email address you enter matches the one on file.
3) You may be deliquent on your maintenance fees. You must become current before your account will be re-activated.
4) Send an Email to email@example.com and explain your problem. It will be resolved as soon as possible and you will be notified via email when the problem has been resolved.
